At MAAHSHMALLOW, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience, ensuring your new mattress arrives safely and promptly. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all mattress orders over £100 within the UK. No hidden fees or extra charges — just high-quality service, delivered to your doorstep.

Order Processing & Delivery

  1. Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

  2. Delivery Time: Once processed, your mattress will typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

  3. Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We’ll notify you of any changes or delays.

Standard Delivery Only

We currently only offer standard delivery via a trusted delivery partner. While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery, please keep in mind the following:

  1. To Residential Areas: Delivery is made to the ground floor or the first accessible floor of your residence.

  2. For Apartments Without Elevators: If your apartment is above the ground floor and there is no elevator, our delivery team may not be able to carry the mattress upstairs. In this case, the mattress will be delivered to the building entrance.

If you live in a multi-storey building with an elevator, we will deliver directly to your apartment floor.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all areas within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at this time.

Packaging & Sustainability

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. All of our mattresses are compressed and rolled for efficient, eco-friendly delivery. Packaging materials are fully recyclable.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your mattress arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to modify your delivery address or any other details, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your order is shipped. Once your mattress has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
